BBQ Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or 8 chicken thighs)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- BBQ sauce
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Lightly brush the chicken with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- During the last few minutes of grilling, brush the chicken with the BBQ sauce, turning occasionally to avoid burning the sauce.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve the grilled chicken with additional BBQ sauce on the side.
