How to Marinade Beef Before BBQ
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
- Place the beef (such as flank steak, ribeye, or brisket) in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish.
- Pour the marinade over the beef, ensuring it is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish.
- Marinate the beef in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to penetrate.
