How to Marinade Beef Before BBQ

 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

 

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
  2. Place the beef (such as flank steak, ribeye, or brisket) in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish.
  3. Pour the marinade over the beef, ensuring it is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish.
  4. Marinate the beef in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to penetrate.
