BBQ Lamb Marinade Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried rosemary)
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves (or 1 teaspoon dried thyme)
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
- Place the lamb (such as lamb chops, leg of lamb, or lamb shoulder) in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish.
- Pour the marinade over the lamb, ensuring it is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish.
- Marinate the lamb in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to infuse.
